On the campgrounds belonging to Hotel Geysir, lovers of freedom, nature, and adventure have the opportunity to sleep practically right next to Geysir and Strokkur. They can listen to the bubbling, and wake up in the early morning to be perhaps the first and only visitors to these powerful natural wonders.
 The campgrounds have washing, cooking, and toilette facilities.
Of course campers may use the showers in the pool house and the swimming pool of the hotel with its two hot tubs for free.
